Our cart is set for USA and Canada shipping only. Overseas customer should contact us first. 

Please note that shipping is calculated by a flat rate.

We use quotes from Canada Post to determine shipping costs. Our goal is to use a combination of the best price and service available.

Orders packaged in Poly Mailers less than 2cm thick will not include Insurance or Tracking Number(s). A single t-shirt is mailed in a Poly Mailer. Once the order is fulfilled and collected by Canada Post it is out of our control. Overwatch Apparel Company is no longer responsible for the package once shipped. If the items is lost, stolen, misplaced, etc the issue lies with the purchaser(s) and Canada Post.

Mid-sized orders, 2 - 5 shirts, will shipped in a larger poly mailer. According to Canada Post these packages shall include a tracking number which will be provided to you on the day of shipping.

For larger orders (greater then 2.75 kg) we automatically upgrade to a flat rate box. The box (35cm x 26cm x 5cm) is perfect for larger orders of 5 t-shirts. The flat rate box includes tracking, up to $100 of liability coverage for loss or damage and on-time delivery guarantee across Canada.

If your order qualifies tracking #’s are supplied. We will notify you if your order comes with a tracking number.

You can also contact us directly with a list of items your are interested in and we will get you an accurate quote within 24hrs.

Average shipping time for T-Shirts:
• Canada: 12 Business Days
• United Sates: 14 Business Days

Overwatch Apparel is not responsible for import excise taxes, customs duties nor GST’s for purchases placed outside of Canada and her territories.

Returns/Exchange Policy

No Returns, Exchange only. Please inspect your products carefully upon arrival. Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date. Overwatch Apparel reserves the right to determine which items we wish to receive as an exchange. Please contact us to request return authorization before sending anything back to us. Only unused, unopened items in original packaging maybe exchanged. You are responsible for freight to us. We strongly suggest that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments. If item that is exchanged for has lesser value, return of funds for the difference will not be returned.

No Returns/Refunds for Clearance, Used Products or Display Models that are sold and listed as "Clearance" "Used" or "Display Model". These items sold are "As Is" and are all sales final.

Authorization number must be obtained for any item to be exchanged for any reason. Products that are exchanged without a valid number may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Goods associated with exchanges or refused packages for any reason are the responsibility of the sender. Original invoice must be included in the exchanged package for accurate processing. Save your invoice please. Absolutely no exchanges can be accepted without a copy of the original invoice. Products that are exchanged that do not qualify for an exchange or have been opened or used in any way will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

No Refunds for Pre-Ordered products. Exchange only. If exchange item(s) has greater value of Pre-Ordered item(s), you must pay the difference. If exchange item(s) has lesser value of Pre-Ordered item(s), a refund will be given for the difference. Pre-Order Products only are items that are not instock and listed as a Pre-Order product in the item description.
