What’s the new OWA logo mean?

The outer shield is a symbol of protection ie protect the community that the police officer is sworn to protect;

The lightning bolt is a symbol of speed and life saving.  Police Officer’s in my area used to be presented a metal lightning bolt pin for saving a life;

The baton is a symbol of strength and the use of force equipment that maybe used to protect life.
